1. We place your photos and a description of the property on our website.  

2. You include in your newspaper ad a link to the web pages we design for you.  Your link will look something like:  "NewLondonCountyGuide.com/CT1234.htm"

3. Your prospects, in the privacy of their own home, read about your property, it's features, cost, the neighborhood, taxes, contact information, and anything else you want to tell them about the place. The best part is that any time day or night they can actually see what it looks like. Doing that in a newspaper would cost a bundle.

Advertising Rates

Additional photos can be added at the rate of $5 per month. 

These rates assume photos are submitted in digital form.  There will be a $5 charge per photo for photos submitted in print form. Photos will not be returned unless a self addressed stamped envelope is provided. Prices include setup fee. Ten percent discount for multiple properties listed at the same time. 

Prepare and send your materials, along with the fee.

1. If you are sending printed photos, place a number on the back of the photo.  If you are sending photos on a diskette or by email, place the photo number in the file name.

2. On a separate piece of paper, and not on the back of the photos, write each photo number followed by a sentence or two about the picture.

3. Write the remainder of the narrative.  Include whether this is a for-rent or for-sale ad, the price, the location, school district if you know it, items that come with the property such as washer and dryer, your contact name and phone number and times available, etc.  If you are a real estate agent, also include a copy of the listing sheet and we will pull information from that. 

Count the letters for your ad and picture descriptions to be sure you haven't exceed the number of letters allowed for your ad.  Spaces and special characters should be included in the count.  You can use Microsoft Word to do the counting for you.

4. Send narrative saved on diskette if possible, diskette with photos or printed photos, and check to the address below.  Or, send check by mail and email photos and narrative.  Include  name and address, email address and a day and evening phone number where we can reach you.  These numbers will not be used in the ad.

We reserve the right to edit all text, to determine ad layout, and to refuse ads that do not meet our publishing criteria.  We cannot guarantee the quality of photos submitted in print format, but we will make every effort to get a clean scan. Printed photos will not be returned.
